Whew! We all survived the January #SalesTaxStorm where almost everyone online seller had a sales tax due date. February is a much lighter month, with mostly only monthly filers needing to worry about sales tax filing. That said, some January stragglers are still popping up in January, most notably California and the other states that generally have a filing due on January 31. January 31st fell on a Sunday this year, so many of those filing due dates have been bumped up to February 1.
Below we’ve listed all states with sales tax due dates in February. To find out if you have a due date, simply find your state. Be sure to check whether the deadline is for annual, quarterly or monthly filing!
